Let's focus deeper inside the term "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" in its details: 1) Programming: according to researchers we have some program resources enclosed in our mind and these programs can be modified. 2) Neuro: these programs are arranged in such a way to become Neural shapes. 3) Linguistic: language is part of our communicative system with other people and through accurate speech it is possible to draw limits hindering the achievements of our goals. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be defined as the science studying personal excellence. Some researchers in the first half of the 70's started to study all those dynamic Professionals of psychotherapy who achieved miracles through communication. NLP 3 is the new step beyond NLP, born in the year 2000.
